Move over, ink jet. Chroma Lazer-TecŪ, Chroma's patent-pending laser marking technology, offers more options, better quality and lower cost than ink jet marking. Chroma Lazer-TecŪ is perfect for date codes, but also creates new opportunities for packaging enhancement and decoration, getting in where ink jets can't.
Chroma Lazer-TecŪ uses non-solvent based materials and provides a clean, consistent indelible mark on any material, including conventional polymers and glass. Marking can be done in PP, PE, PS, polyamide, ABS, PET, PVC and PC.
Material properties of the finished product aren't affected, and standard lasers can be used, keeping the cost of implementing Chroma Lazer-TecŪ low.
Chroma Lazer-TecŪ can be used with:
- CO2 lasers
- Nd: YAG lasers
- Dot matrix lasers
- Vanadate lasers
