Tom Jaeger
Vice President of Supply Chain Management
Tom Jaeger is a Supply Chain Management executive with diverse business and operational leadership skills amassed in public, private equity, and strategic consulting environments. Over the last 20 years, Tom has held various management positions for several mid-sized global organizations.
While at Sanford (Newell Brands), Tom led Global Sourcing and supported six SBU’s for the $2B writing and office products business. He delivered programs that lowered costs and inventory to working capital, and played a key operational role in the strategic acquisition of a $750M business from Gillette. After Sanford, Tom joined the global consulting firm RGP where he served as regional practice lead. The practice was consistently a top performer, with annual revenue growing 6x from 2005 thru 2012. Tom managed client engagements that focused on operational improvements in the manufacturing, energy, and CPG sectors.
In 2013, Tom joined RTC as the VP of Global Procurement. There, Tom supported a multi-year ERP roll-out and successfully led several key cost cutting initiatives while establishing new supply chains in China, Lithuania and India. Tom also served on the global steering committee for Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, where he shaped the development and execution of a plan focused on People, Planet, and Partnerships. In June of 2019, Tom joined Chroma Color Corporation as the VP of Supply Chain Management. He currently reports to CEO Tom Bolger, and is responsible for managing the supply chain in support of Chroma’s seven domestic manufacturing sites.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he majored in Finance.
